70 years of diplomatic relations

As part of the commemoration of the 70 years of diplomatic and friendly relations between Belgium and India, the Embassy and many Belgian partners will be supporting 70 initiatives in the areas of economy, culture, tourism, youth exchange, twinning etc. involving both Belgians and Indians. These initiatives will be held throughout the year.

In this frameork, two seminars were planned in Durbuy on Friday, 13 October 2017. Durbuy is located in the Walloon province of Luxembourg. With around 10000 inhabitants and an area of 156 km², Durbuy is known as the smallest city of the entire world.

a. Economic Seminar organised by the AWEX and the Embassy of India - Your business opportunities in India, the 2nd most populous country in the world!

b. Tourism seminar organised by WBT and the Embassy of India: "Do and do not on the Indian market" and "outbound and inbound!"

People had the chance to discover India in Durbuy on Saturday, 14 October 2017, during several cultural and gastronomic events.
